Six modules filled with multiple lessons and downloads that cover what you need to know to really get your business moving forward.

Sales conversations can be uncomfortable for lots of entrepreneurs. I get it. It feels like so much is at stake right there in one moment.

Module 1 - Forecast Your Future - You’ve most likely heard that you should have goals. But why? This module is all about showing you the tangible benefits of inspiring goals, how to create them and how to actually use them. We’re going to figure out what you want (don’t feel bad if you’re not sure) and break through anything stopping you from thinking that success is possible.

Module 2 - Prepare Your Path - This module is all about the proper prep work. Even if you’ve been in business for a while, going through these lessons and exercises will make sure you have everything streamlined for success. In fact, I do these exercises every time I start to think about adding a new offer, or when it’s time to uplevel what we’re doing. Basically - this module is the work that makes everything else easier!

Module 3 - Attract Your Audience - Marketing is any activity you do that creates awareness about your business. And this module is all about marketing! We’re going to dive into how you talk about your business AND how to decide what you should be doing to grow your audience.

Module 4 - Claim Your Clients - Sales! YAY! Don’t roll your eyes - no matter how you currently feel about sales, there is something in here for you. Whether it's the mindset to be comfortable with selling, or if you just need to improve your sales conversations. Truthfully, it all really comes down to this: if you don't make sales, you don't have a business.

Module 5 - Control Your Clock - It's not just about strategy, messaging and sales. Knowing how to Control Your Clock is another key tool in growing your business further faster. Being able to balance client work with all the other things it takes to grow a business is a skill set - and it’s completely learnable. Yes, reaction mode is truly a mindset - but it’s a behavior as well. Let’s close the circle on how to embrace a Conquer approach from the action side of business.

Module 6 - Set Up Your Squad - If you want to grow your business, you're going to need help. This module will show you where and how to start if you’re making that first move - or how to continually lean in to delegating and expanding if that’s more your speed. If you charge enough, theoretically you can get to six figures on your own - though there are certainly easier ways than DIY’ing everything. And if you truly want to scale - well then that takes help. Plus hiring help lets you spend more time doing what you love!
